Match the palet with file size
The Image size must be aligned with the size of the printing area. The example below shows the approximate location of cone artwork placed on the standard men's platen.


Send us the print data
After you complete the above-mentioned points, you are ready to send the first artwork. Sending the actual artwork and mockup preview files is done via an HTTPS link to the resource file. We download the file to our storage for further processing.
The resource file must be a publicly accessible URL. You can store your artwork and mockups on Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon AWS, or any other service but you need to send direct file URL. You can test the direct file URL by opening the resource in the private internet browser tab.
